[K-Food] The Taste of Korean Food: Chuseok
The Mid-Autumn Festival is just around the corner! 🥮 How will you spend the Mid-Autumn Festival with your family? Do you know how the Koreans celebrate the Mid-Autumn Festival?
The Mid-Autumn Festival in Korea is called "Chuseok"(추석). Same as Hong Kong, Koreans celebrate it on the 15th day of the 8th lunar month. During Chuseok, Koreans will pay respect to the spirits of their ancestors, visit relatives, and have meals together to celebrate. KoFrean traditional food, such as Korean pancakes, Songpyeon, Japchae are the popular dishes that Koreans eat during Chuseok.
In the first “The Taste of Korean Food” workshop in September, KCC will teach you how to make Chuseok food – Korean pancakes. Don't miss it. Register now! 💖
