The Korean Cultural Center in Hong Kong presents a special K-Food cooking workshop led by renowned culinary researcher and chef, Hong Shinae, on Saturday, 19th July 2025. This immersive session offers a unique opportunity to explore the rich tradition and cultural significance of Jeon(Korean pancakes), which holds a cherished place in Korean cuisine and festivities. During this workshop, participants will learn to prepare Yukjeon(Beef Pancakes), a savory delicacy that exemplifies the balance of texture and flavor in Korean cooking.
