BoSsam is usually served as food accompanying alcoholic drinks, and it usually consists of pork that is boiled with spices. It is served thinly sliced and eaten wrapped in lettuce and kimchi. The Korean of BoSsam is보쌈. 보refers to a square cloth used to wrap things, while " 쌈" refers to Korean traditional dishes that is wrapped with vegetables. “The Taste of Korean Food” in November will teach you how to make BoSsam and fresh Kimchi.
