  1. 'K-Food MasterChef in Hong Kong 2025' K-Food Cooking Contest

    ‘K-Food MasterChef in Hong Kong 2025’K-Food cooking contest is back again this year!   Do you remember the theme of the contest last year? Yes, it’s 'Jang(Korean Paste)'!   Last year's contestants showcased their superb creativity by creating unexpected, amazing dishes using Jang! So this year, KCC decided to continue the theme, while adding a bit of difficulty to the contest by designating 'Jang' and 'Hanwoo(Korean Beef)' as the main ingredients!   We are honored to have Hanwoo Association collaborating with us this year. All the Hanwoo that will be used by the finalists are sponsored by the association. Additionally, each finalist, regardless of their ranking, will receive a set of Hanwoo as a souvenir provided by the Hanwoo Association!   The prize for the champion is also different from last year! Besides winning a cash prize of HKD 5,000, the champion will also be invited to Korea to participate in the 'K-Food International Amateur Chef Contest', and all the expenses will be covered by the Korean Food Promotion Institute!   If you are a K-Food masterchef, sign up and win abundant prizes!   Application: Applicants are required to first read the guidelines carefully, then fill in the application form attached below and send it to kfood@kcchk.kr before 23:59(HKT), 7th May 2025.   Enquiries: Tel: 2270 3512

    Following the Busan-themed class last month, "The Taste of Korean Food” workshop presented by KCCHK continues with the Korea regional theme this month by bringing you to Jeju and taste the local cuisine!     Have you ever been to Busan? Speaking of food in Busan, seafood is a must! 🦐 Busan is a coastal city with an abundant seafood supply, which is why it is famous for its seafood cuisine.
