This immersive session offers a unique opportunity to explore the rich tradition and cultural significance of Jeon(Korean pancakes), which holds a cherished place in Korean cuisine and festivities. During this workshop, participants will learn to prepare Yukjeon(Beef Pancakes), a savory delicacy that exemplifies the balance of texture and flavor in Korean cooking. KCCHK's "Taste of Korean Food" workshop previously took you to the southern region of Korea, and this time we're heading to the eastern region, Gangwon Province!   Gangwon Province is blessed with excellent climate and soil conditions, producing high-quality agricultural products such as buckwheat, corn, potatoes, and soybeans.
