'K-Food MasterChef in Hong Kong 2024' Cooking Contest Special Cooking Class : Become K-Food MasterChef
KCCHK, along with the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs, Korean Food Promotion Institute and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, will hold the ‘K-Food MasterChef in Hong Kong 2024’K-Food Cooking Contest on November 10 at the Towngas Cooking Centre.
This year's contest, titled "Jang"(Korean paste), requires contestants to use at least one of the three main Jang: Gochujang (chili paste), Doenjang (soybean paste) and Ganjang(soy sauce), to create a dish.
Besides the contestants, in order to help everyone better understand the taste and use of the Korean ‘Jang’, KCCHK has prepared a special cooking class "Becoming K-Food MasterChef" to teach you how to make good use of the Korea paste!
