[K-Food] The Taste of Korean Food: BoSsam
BoSsam is usually served as food accompanying alcoholic drinks, and it usually consists of pork that is boiled with spices. The Koreans eat it by first thinly slicing it, then wrap it with lettuce and Kimchi.
The Korean of BoSsam is보쌈. 보refers to a square cloth used to wrap things, while " 쌈" refers to Korean traditional dishes that is wrapped with vegetables.
