Baek Yu Yeon Picturebook Exhibition and Special Event
The Korean Cultural Center in Hong Kong will host ‘Baek Yu Yeon Picturebook Exhibition’ in the upcoming weeks! The exhibition will showcase Bae Yu Yeon’s picturebooks, picturebook-related art prints, and commemorative items of picturebook characters, as well as the chance to meet the animal friends from her acclaimed ‘Forest Animals’ Feast’ series!
Baek Yu Yeon
A bestselling picturebook author from Korea, she majored in art education at Korea University and has worked as a designer and color mixer. She has published a series of picturebooks featuring forest animals' feasts, such as "Leafy Snacks," "Cherry Blossom Popcorn," "Grass Noodles," "Sugar Candy Tree," and "Magnolia Dumplings."
Baek prefers using vibrant and bright colors, paired with rich illustrations, to create a series of heartwarming picturebooks for both children and adults to enjoy.

- Target Audience: Children aged 3-8 and 1 accompanying parent
- Quota: 20 (each quota includes 1 child + 1 parent)
- Fee: $50 (includes a $50 book coupon, 1 copy of the "Summer Grass Noodles" picture book, and 1 set of picturebook character gifts per participating family on the day of the event)
