Hosted by Consulate General of the Republic of Korea in Hong Kong and Korean Cultural Center in Hong Kong, the 7th Korean Consul General Cup Korean Speech Contest has been successfully held on June 10, 2023 at the Polytechnic University. This year, 14 applicants were shortlisted for the grand finale. Contestants should choose one of the following themes, namely "Korea as I see it, Korea as Koreans see it" and "Korean City I'd like to visit and my city that I would like to introduce", as the topic of their speech. The champion goes to 21-year-old student, Kwok Chun Kiu from the Chinese University of Hong Kong.
