[K-Food] The Korean Food Craftsman Cook Certificate Course and Contest
In cooperation with the Korean Food Promotion Institute and Town Gas, a leading culinary institute in Hong Kong, the Korean Cultural Center in Hong Kong conducted a program specializing in learning Korean food necessary for obtaining Korean food certification.
Collaborating with the Korean Food Promotion Institute, KCC invited Chef Woo Young-sun, who is a Korean food instructor at the Korean Cultural Center in China, to be the instructor of the course. The certificate course is an intensive education on the knowledge of Korean cuisines needed to obtain a Korean food certificate. At the end of the certificate course, a mock test was conducted and the student performed the best was given a flight ticket to Korea to obtain the Korean food certificate.
