The Korean Cultural Center in Hong Kong held the "K-Food Masterclass" on 4th October (Friday), at the K-Food Classroom inside the Center.

KCCHK invited Chef Hong Shin-ae, a culinary researcher with appearences in  TV programs "Wednesday Food Talk" and radio broadcasts etc., as the instructor of the class. The menu of the class were set to be"Bulgogi Mushroom Hot Pot," "Seafood Pancake" and "Apple Geotjeori," making it easy for participants to cook for their families at home after the class.

Participants first watched demonstration of the cooking process, then tried to make their own K-Food. When the food was finished, participants tasted it together and had a greatime. All of the participants said the food was delicious.
