[Exhibition] Echoes in Between: Four Voices in Korean Abstraction
The Korean Cultural Center is pleased to present “Echoes in Between: Four Voices in Korean Abstraction”, on view until 19 March 2026. Organized in collaboration with Soluna Fine Art, the exhibition highlights the distinct practices of Ha Tae-Im, Jang Seungtaik, Kim Young-Hun and Park Yoon-Kyung.
Each artist approaches abstraction through a unique visual language, yet they share a common exploration of color, layering, gesture, and space. Together, their works reveal how meaning emerges in the subtle intervals between material and immaterial, presence and absence.
The opening reception on Wednesday, 4 February welcomed many art enthusiasts who gathered to celebrate and experience this vibrant exhibition.
[展覽] 迴響之間 ： 韓國抽象藝術的四重共鳴
駐香港韓國文化院現正呈獻展覽《迴響之間 ： 韓國抽象藝術的四重共鳴》，展期至2026年3月19日。文化院與 Soluna Fine Art 聯合策劃是次展覽，透過河泰任 、 張勝澤 、金永憲 、 朴閏敬四位韓國藝術家的作品 ， 呈現當代韓國抽象藝術的多重面貌 。
四位雖以截然不同的視覺語言詮譯何謂抽象 ， 卻共同關注色彩 、 層次 、 筆觸與空間等核心命題 ， 試圖在有形與無形 、 虛無與實在之間 ， 發掘抽象當中蘊含的深層意義 。
2 月 4 日（星期三）舉行的開幕酒會吸引眾多藝術愛好者出席，齊聚一堂，共同慶祝並親身體驗這場充滿活力的展覽。

PODIUM is delighted to present 'Amour Aquatique’—a group exhibition that pulses with the tensions of presence and absence, attachment and release, drawing viewers into the ebb and flow of aquatic love—at once universal and deeply intimate. Drifting through the protean forms of water as metaphors for the fluidity of love, grief, nostalgia, and memory, this exhibition brings together five artists, including Fran Chang, Omyo Cho, Soyoung Chung, Minouk Lim, and Luis Xertu, whose works are inspired by the continuous cycles of looping, evaporating, pooling, eroding, and flowing, wading into the liminal spaces where personal and political waters entangle.
「水生情」 展期：2026 年 3 月 21 日 至 5 月 30 日 開幕：2026 年 3 月 21 日（星期六）下午 2 至 7 時 PODIUM 畫廊適逢香港藝術月欣然呈獻群展「水生情」（Amour Aquatique），試圖在存在與缺席、依附與釋放的張力之間律動，引導觀眾進入如潮汐起伏般的情緒流動，獲取既具普世共感，又極為細膩的情感體驗。展覽以水變化多端的形態為隱喻，回應情愛、哀傷、懷舊與記憶的流動性。五位藝術家——張彩如、趙奧妙、鄭素英、林珉旭、路易斯·西爾圖——從循環往復的迂迴、凝聚、蒸散、匯集、侵蝕與流動中汲取靈感，潺潺流進個人與政治渾水相互纏繞的臨界地帶。

The School of Creative Media at City University of Hong Kong will host a symposium titled "New Directions in K-Pop Studies" on April 8, 2026. This academic event explores the global cultural impact of K-Pop through the lens of music, media, and global studies. This symposium provides an interdisciplinary platform to discuss the evolution of fandom, the definition of "K" in global contexts, and the transnational flow of creative industries in East Asia.

We have curated works from several renowned contemporary Korean authors, including but not limited to Han Kang, Kim Youngha, Ra Taejoo, Eun Heekyung, Pyun Hyeyoung, Noh Heekyung, Jeong Jia, Gong Jiyoung, Cho Namjoo, and Kim Hoyeon, along with their representative works available in Korean, Chinese and English translations.

Starting today, everyone can visit the 6th floor of KCCHK to experience various traditional Korean games including "ddakji-chigi, gonggi-nori, and Yut-nori! Upload your experience on social media, tag @kcchongkong, and include the #KCCHK_KGAME hashtag to redeem a set of traditional Korean games. Daily slots are limited, available while supplies last! Hurry to KCCHK to experience the most popular Korean games.

韓國文化體育觀光部3日表示，在國務院會議上通過了包含上述內容的《文化基本法施行令》修訂案。原定於每月最後一個週三的「文化日」將從4月1日起擴大至每週三。
Culture Day from April to be held every week instead of monthly
The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism on March 3 said the Cabinet passed an amendment to an enforcement ordinance of the Basic Culture Act to that effect. From next month, Culture Day, which has been observed in the final week of every month, will be expanded to every week.
