[K-Food Cooking Class] 11th, 14th April – Kimbap and Doenjang Stew
[K-Food Cooking Class] Korean Cultural Center is now organizing the fourth K-Food cooking class – Kimbap and Doenjang Stew
Participants will be able to learn how to make kimbap and doenjang stew under the instruction of the main chef of MOYO (Korean-Italian fusion restaurant). It’s free of charge. Register Now!
Date and Time: 11 April 2018 (Wed) 3pm-5pm or
14 April 2018 (Sat) 11am-1pm
(The two courses are the same, please choose one.)
Venue: K-Food Classroom, Korean Cultural Center in Hong Kong, 6/F, Block B, PMQ, 35 Aberdeen Street, Central
Tutor: Mr. Jack Lee, Main Chef of MOYO (Korean-Italian fusion restaurant) (Has worked with Michelin Restaurant Main Chef Mr. Fabio Barbaglini)
Language: Taught in English with Cantonese Interpretation
Quota: 16 for each class

If applications exceed the quota, places will be allocated on a random basis by computer.
Successful applicants would be informed by email on 3 April 2018.
Please note:
1. Participants must be 15 years old or above.
2. Participants shall bring their own apron, tea towel, food container, notebook and pen.
3. Priority is given to Hong Kong citizens in the enrollment of class.
4. Online registration only. Walk-in will not be accepted.
5. If successful applicant is absent without a valid reason, his/her chance for being admitted by another class in the future will be affected.
6. Please be advised that photographs and videos will be taken at the event for archival and promotional purposes. By entering this event, you consent to Korean Cultural Center photographing and using your images and likeness. If you do not wish to have us using your image, please notify our staff.
7. In the event of any disputes, the decision of Korean Cultural Center shall be final and conclusive.
