Festive Korea 2025 Internship Program
The Korean Cultural Center is seeking dedicated individuals to join us in the Festive Korea 2025 Internship Program. Please find details for each track below:
Duration
Flexible duration (60 days) between August - November 2025
Common Requirements:
- Strong commitment to and enthusiasm for Korean culture and arts
- Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese
(Fluency in Korean is a plus)
- Qualifications or previous experience related to each track will be an advantage.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment
- Must be eligible to work in Hong Kong / Students are welcome to apply if eligible to work
Festive Korea 2025 Internship Tracks
PR Track / Event Management Track / Graphic Designer Track
1. PR Track :
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement PR strategies to promote Festive Korea 2025
- Create press releases, media kits, and other PR materials
- Coordinate with media outlets and influencers for event coverage
- Manage social media accounts and engage with followers
- Assist in organizing press conferences and media events
Requirements:
- Experience and/or Interest in social media management, press relations and short video editing (stories/reels) will be advantageous.
- Strong language skills for media-related translation/ interpretation will be advantageous.
2. Event Management Track :
Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and executing Festive Korea 2025 events and activities
- Coordinate logistics, including venue booking, equipment rental, and transportation
- Liaise with vendors, sponsors, and partners
- Provide on-site support during events
Requirements:
- Qualities such as strong organizational and interpersonal skills and the ability to manage ad-hoc tasks will be advantageous.
- Strong language skills for on-site interpretation will be advantageous.
3. Graphic Designer Track:
Responsibilities:
- Design promotional materials, including posters, flyers, and banners
- Assist in compiling and designing the Festive Korea 2025 booklet/ materials
- Assist in developing visual concepts for Festive Korea 2025 events
- Collaborate with the PR and event management teams to ensure brand consistency
Requirements:
- Experience in graphic design, especially InDesign and Illustrator will be an advantage.
Remuneration and Benefits:
The base salary will be 10,000HKD per month for 40-hour workweeks. Pay may vary based on schedule. Completion Certificates will be awarded to participants who complete the program.
