The Korean Cultural Center in Hong Kong will present a free K-film streaming, "Online K-film Cinema' to all the K-movie fans in Hong Kong! You can watch all these great movies by visiting the website at home!

 

A total of 8 Korean films will be presented, including


"Intimate Strangers"- Directed by Lee Jae-kyoo, starring Yoo Hae-jin, Cho Jin-woong, Lee Seo-jin, Yum Jung-ah, Kim Ji-soo, Song Ha-yoon and Yoon Kyung-ho. 3 couples and a single man play a game where they must share all new incoming messages and calls of their cell phones during a housewarming dinner. The game gets intense and uncomfortable as hidden truths inside everyone’s mind start to surface…

 

"KIM JI-YOUNG, BORN 1982"- Directed by Kim Do-young, starring Jung Yu-mi and Gong Yoo. Based on the novel “Kim Ji-young, Born 1982” by Cho Nam-Joo, the movie focuses on Kim Ji-young, an ordinary Korean woman in her 30s who is distress by her everyday life as a full-time mom and housewife.  

 

"Innocent Witness"- Directed by Lee Han, starring Jung Woo-sung and Kim Hyang-gi. The movie follows the relationship between an attorney and an autistic student. Soon-ho, the attorney after getting a murder case, decides to meet the only witness of the case, Ji-woo and befriend with her to prove her testimony as false.

 

"Along with The Gods: The Last 49 Days (Part 2)"- Directed by Kim Yong-hwa, starring Ha Jung-woo, Ju Ji-hoon, Kim Hyang-gi, Ma Dong-seok and Kim Dong-wook. The three grim reapers guide their 49th soul through the underworld trials.

 

"Assassination"- Directed by Choi Dong-hoon, starring Jun Ji-hyun, Lee Jung-jae and Ha Jung-woo. The movie sets its background in the 1930s during Japan’s colonial rule of Korea, an assassination plot takes place…

 

"Seoul Station" - Directed by Yeon Sang-ho. A animated zombie film serves as a prequel to “Train to Busan”, about how the zombie epidemic began in Korea.

 

"Champion" - Directed by Kim Yong-wan, starring Ma Dong-seok, Han Ye-ri and Kwon Yul. A Korean Sports comedy film focuses on arm wrestling competition.

 

"The Soul-mate" - Directed by Jo Won-hee, starring Ma Dong-seok, Kim Young-kwang and Lee Yoo-young. A judo instructor, Jang-su becomes haunted by an soul of a police officer, who keeps convincing him to help investigate his unsolved case.
