《國立現代美術館美術銀行收藏展》
MMCA Art Bank Collection

由駐香港韓國文化院及韓國國立現代美術館美術銀行(MMCA)共同舉辦,《國立現代美術館美術銀行收藏展》將於3月12日(星期四)至5月2日(星期六)期間,假駐香港韓國文化院(香港中環鴨巴甸街35號PMQ元創方B座Hollywood 6-7樓)舉行,向香港人呈現韓國現代及當代美術的魅力。

是次合共展出多達34件之展品,並均為韓國國立現代美術館美術銀行(MMCA)之收藏品,包括韓國現代藝術先駒金昌烈(1929-)、鄭相和(1932-)及李東熀(1946-2013),以及國立現代美術館「年度藝術家」得獎人徐庸宣(1951-)及憦瞬烢(1971-)的作品。

MMCA Art Bank Collection consists of 34 major art pieces in the collection of the MMCA, featuring masterpieces of Dansaekhwa (Korean monochrome painting) by pioneers of Korean modern art including KIM Tschang-yeul (金昌烈), CHUNG Sanghwa (鄭相和), and LEE Dong Youb (李東熀), as well as a selection of fine art and media art by promising Korean artists.

展覽大致分為三部分,包括韓國抽象藝術演變過程的「色彩」、拼湊出韓國都市面貌的「都市」,及韓國與西方藝術感覺交匯的「融合」。
The exhibition is divided into three parts: The Color, The City, and The Convergence.

Kyeongdan (Rice Cake Balls)

瓊團(경단)是一種韓國傳統甜品,款式多樣,常見的口味有黃豆、黑芝麻、栗子及紅豆等!今次示範簡單易學的版本,煮好丸子後沾滿蛋糕粉,就能做出黃色的瓊團!

Chef Jasmine is showing us the easy and simple way to make 'Kyeongdan (Rice Cake Balls)'! Just boil the rice cake dough and roll-in some cake powder, and Ta-Dah, everything's done!
三碟飯床
Sam-Chup Ban-Sang
「飯床」(반상)是韓國人食飯用的矮枱,而「碟」(첩)則是小菜的量詞。韓國人的飯床通常都會有主菜、小菜、湯及飯。今日為大家示範「三碟飯床」(삼첩반상)!

'Bansang' refers to the Korean traditional dining table, and 'Chup' is the number of side dishes. Usually, Korean traditional 'bansang' consists of a main dish, some side dishes, rice and soup. Today's tutorial is on 'Sam-Chup Ban-Sang', a typical k-style meal with three side dishes!
