How does one afford to remember something that no longer exists?

Bringing together three artists/collectives and two curators from South Korea and Hong Kong, this exhibition examines urban development, memory,

and post-capitalism across both cities. Their research uncovers a hidden stratum beneath current urban development — where memory functions as a currency that accelerates the surface above it.

《GAT》作為韓國近年最成功的原創當代芭蕾作品之一，以獨特的史劇神秘氛圍席捲網絡，多部影片斬獲超過百萬點擊，不僅吸引了國內外芭蕾愛好者的目光，更成功打破大眾與舞蹈的界限，掀起芭蕾熱潮。

作品巧妙揉合韓國傳統頭飾「黑笠」(갓) 的古典美感與現代芭蕾，以當代視角詮釋古代權威與身份象徵。全劇由九個主題章節構成，憑藉俐落的肢體語言、細膩的獨舞與震撼的群舞，結合幻變的舞台燈光，打造極致沉浸的感官體驗。

本次首演由團長 Yun Byul 及編舞家朴昭硏領軍，集結近25 位韓國頂尖舞者，包括Mnet熱門節目《Stage Fighter》人氣舞者姜卿皓、金宥燦及鄭盛旭。這場跨越東西方美學的演出，將為香港觀眾帶來前所未有的視覺饗宴！

現任挪威電台交響樂團首席指揮兼法國康城國家交響樂團音樂總監崔賢將首度來港，與英國鋼琴巨星葛羅夫納及香港小交響樂團演奏布拉姆斯情感澎湃的第一鋼琴協奏曲。崔賢亦會帶領樂團演繹指揮瑞典作曲家舒尼爾薩《燒吾信札－憶克拉娜》的亞洲首演。節目並包括尼爾森的第一交響曲，展現出這位北歐重要作曲家在早期時已流露出鮮明的個人風格。

Korean conductor Holly Hyun Choe, Chief Conductor of the Norwegian Radio Orchestra and Music Director of the Orchestre National de Cannes, will make her Hong Kong début with Hong Kong Sinfonietta and distinguished British pianist Benjamin Grosvenor in Brahms’ monumental Piano Concerto No. 1. She will also lead the orchestra in the Asian première of Swedish composer Albert Schnelzer’s Burn My Letters – Remembering Clara, as well as Nielsen’s electrifying Symphony No 1.

We have curated works from several renowned contemporary Korean authors, including but not limited to Han Kang, Kim Youngha, Ra Taejoo, Eun Heekyung, Pyun Hyeyoung, Noh Heekyung, Jeong Jia, Gong Jiyoung, Cho Namjoo, and Kim Hoyeon, along with their representative works available in Korean, Chinese and English translations.

KCCHK will continue to promote Korean literature to Hong Kong readers. If you have any other author or Korean literary work recommendations, feel free to leave a comment and share with us!

Starting today, everyone can visit the 6th floor of KCCHK to experience various traditional Korean games including "ddakji-chigi, gonggi-nori, and Yut-nori!
