KCCHK's "Taste of Korean Food" workshop previously took you to the southern region of Korea, and this time we're heading to the eastern region, Gangwon Province!   Gangwon Province is blessed with excellent climate and soil conditions, producing high-quality agricultural products such as buckwheat, corn, potatoes, and soybeans. Many local dishes are made with these ingredients.
