At the last “The Taste of Korean Food” workshop this month, KCC will be teaching you a dish originated in Busan: Nakgopsae (Stir-Fried Octopus, Beef Intestines, and Shrimp) served with Rolled Omelette🥚 The name of the dish is derived from the Korean names for octopus (낙지, Nakji), intestines (곱창, Gopchang), and shrimp (새우, Saewoo).
