Have you ever been to Busan?
Speaking of food in Busan, seafood is a must! 🦐
Busan is a coastal city with an abundant seafood supply, which is why it is famous for its seafood cuisine.
At the last “The Taste of Korean Food” workshop this month, KCC will be teaching you a dish originated in Busan: Nakgopsae (Stir-Fried Octopus, Beef Intestines, and Shrimp) served with Rolled Omelette🥚
The name of the dish is derived from the Korean names for octopus (낙지, Nakji), intestines (곱창, Gopchang), and shrimp (새우, Saewoo). It has a rich texture and flavour, making it a good dish to to pair with drinks. 🍻
