Can I join the classes offered by KCCHK? A: Sure，as long as you can provide proof (refer to Q2) . If you have no proof, please take the online level test. 4）Q: I have applied many times; why did I still fail? The class schedule will be sent to successfully registered students in due time.  3) The application deadline is February 26 (Wednesday) at 1:00 PM HKT. 4) Attendees will be notified via email. We are sorry for being unable to notify all applicants. 5) Students may not change classes without the teacher’s approval. 6) Only applicants aged 18 or above are accepted. If a student is found to be under 18, KCCHK has the right to immediately request that the student withdraw and place them on blacklist. 7) Students who fail to maintain an attendance rate of at least 70% will not have priority to register for KCCHK's Korean language classes offered in the 2025 Summer & Autumn Semester.  8) All classes are 100% OFFLINE and will be conducted in KCCHK's lecture room. 9) Courses are conducted in Korean unless otherwise specified. English may be used in introductory and elementary courses.  10) $1,000HKD deposit will be received on the first day of class and will be returned to participants who fulfilled 80% or above attendance at the end of the semester. 11) Attendees of <Sejong Korean 1> will be selected by random draw. 주홍콩한국문화원은 2025년 6월 5일(목)부터 8월 2일(토)까지 고암 이응노 화백 탄생 120주년(2024년)과 박인경 화백의 100세(2026년)를 기념하여 《이응노와 박인경: 예술적 삶의 동행》을 개최한다. 이번 전시는 이응노와 박인경이 정착한 파리에 위치한 갤러리 바지우(Galerie Vazieux)와의 공동주최로 기획되었다. 본 전시는 이응노 화백의 1960년대부터 1980년대까지의 시대별 작품 30여 점과 박인경 화백의 최근 수묵추상 회화 20여 점까지 총 49점의 다채롭고 폭넓은 작품을 소개한다. 이응노와 박인경 부부가 함께 걸어온 예술적 삶의 궤적과 공통된 예술세계를 짚어보는 전시가 될 예정이다. 1949년 처음 만나 1958년 독일에서 부부전을 열었으며, 1959년 프랑스에 정착한 두 작가는 동양화의 전통을 지키면서도 서양의 최신 미술을 받아들여 각자의 한국적 추상화를 발전시켰다. 전혀 다르지만 두 화백의 작품을 나란히 마주하면 같은 삶을 걸어온 자들만이 지닌 공통된 결을 느낄 수 있다. 자연을 향한 관심, 문자와 글의 조형성 탐구, 여백 없이 채워지는 화면, 구상과 추상을 넘나드는 긴장감 등이 공통적으로 작품에 드러난다. 《이응노와 박인경: 예술적 삶의 동행》에 소개되는 이응노의 문자 추상과 박인경의 글쓰기 회화는 문자와 글의 의미보다는 조형성에 주목한다. 또한 매일의 사생을 바탕으로 그려낸 박인경의 최근 수묵추상 작업은 구상과 추상의 경계를 넘나든다는 면에서 이응노의 대표작인 군상 시리즈와 비견된다. 1989년 이응노 화백은 세상을 떠났지만, 동양화의 지평을 넓힌 그의 예술과 정신은 이어지고 있다. 또한 여성으로서의 시대적 제약과 경제적 어려움으로 활발한 예술 활동을 할 수 없었던 박인경 화백은 이응노의 작고(作故) 이후 본격적으로 작업에 매진해왔으며, 2025년 현재 백수(白壽)의 나이에도 자연을 관찰하고 붓을 드는 것을 멈추지 않고 있다. 6월 5일 오후 6시부터 8시까지는 전시 개막 리셉션이 진행되었으며, 7시에는 갤러리 바지우의 최보영 큐레이터의 전시 투어가 진행되었다. 개막식에는 약 40여명의 미술인 및 일반 관람객들이 참석하여 전시를 관람하고 전시에 대한 이야기를 나누었다.

Yes. If each video has different participants, please fill in the details of all the people who have participated in your all of your video. If your team is selected as a finalist, the team representative will be contacted again to confirm. 11. If I am not Hong Kong ID card holder, can I still join the competition in Hong Kong? Yes you can. But the organisers have the right to deny you to represent Hong Kong at the Global Finals because of your status. 12. Can I participate in the competition for more than 1 team? Yes you can. There is no limitation in the preliminary round, which means you can participate in videos submitted by multiple teams without limitation. K-LIGHTS | The 2nd Lightstick Photography Contest    Contest Theme Any photo of K-Pop lightstick that was taken during a K-Pop concert or fanmeeting or performance   Online Preliminary Round - Submission Period: 6th May – 25th May 23:59 HKT - Submission Method: fill in the Google Form within the application period. - Entries to Final: 30 - Judging Criteria: Creativity(30%), Aesthetics(30%), Relevance to Theme(40%) - Announcement of finalists: via posting on Instagram, Facebook and homepage of KCCHK on or before 30th May 2025,   Rule of submission 1.Each applicant can only submit ONE photograph for the contest only. 2.Black and white or colour, and/or cropped photographs are accepted 3.Submitted photographs must be the original work and are watermark-free. The entry must be taken by the applicant and has never won any awards in any public competitions 4.Simple tone adjustments by software are acceptable. However, entry with digitally added or removed object or scene will not be accepted. Only a maximum of 50% correction or cropping of original photos is acceptable. If there are no entries deemed fit for each of the prizes, the winning entry for the said prize may not be selected. 2) Only submissions from participants that fit the submission criteria (given above) will be considered for selection. 3) By submitting, the participant acknowledges that all of the photographs are their own works, and that the participant has the rights to submit those photographs to contests.  4) By submitting, the participant agrees that the Center have rights to the use of submitted photos, whether selected or not, for the promotion of the "K-LIGHTS" Photography contest only. 5) By submitting, the participant agrees to the use of the selected and prize-winning photos for the purpose of promoting Korean culture in the future, and acknowledges that the participant has the rights to grant such privileges to the Center. 6) The participant agrees that, if the participant or the entry does not meet the requirements stipulated, the prizes may be forfeited at any time.
